I found the Mac version just a easy to use and just as efficient as the iOS version. One thing I noted is that you can only have the timer running on one project at a time. That way, I could accurately keep track of time/money spent on each project.

Each category had a different hourly rate and I assigned each test project one category. When I set my categories up for testing, I simply selected Design and Copy Editing as the two I was going to work with. In order to keep track of money spent, you have to also set up a category with price per hour. Once you set up your project, you can begin timing against it. In using the iOS portion of OfficeTime, I found that it was incredibly helpful for timing how I was working.

This can be a somewhat daunting task as there are many jobs to juggle and different vendors for each one. One of the things that I am required to do in my job is to manage time spent on projects.
